~ I do not handle Will contests or any other contested matters.     

~ Unless I have prior written authorization from my client, I will not communicate over the phone, via e-mail or meet with children on behalf of their parent(s) about estate or probate matters or Medicaid planning.  My duty is to my client, not to my client's children.
